Worksheets

The downloadable worksheets are related to the teaching units in the Gateway to English coursebooks. They provide supplementary skills and language practice at extension and revision levels.

Each worksheet consists of a cover note for teacher reference, a one or two page worksheet, and an answer key. The worksheets have been designed so that teachers can easily download and photocopy them for use in the classroom or as homework activities. The worksheets can also be used to address the specific needs of individuals or groups of students.

Teachers can find relevant worksheets by selecting one or more of the following criteria: the textbook level; the relevant unit; the language/skill focus; and the purpose, i.e. revision or extension. This will lead the teacher to a specific worksheet, which can then be downloaded and printed.
